We offer the chance to sign up to our 247Vetline subscription at various points throughout your checkout process including on the product page, in the cart and post-purchase. If you opted to one-click purchase the product or didn’t remove it from your basket then you will have signed up to the subscription service which is $4.99 per month.
This is displayed during purchase and you will have also received a welcome email with details on how to get started and create your profile. You will also be reminded on email prior to your first payment being charged.

We’ve tried to make it as easy as possible for customers to view and manage their subscription. Customers can resume, skip, or cancel their subscriptions, and they can manage their payment methods and shipping address.
However, if you no longer want your subscription, please follow these steps to cancel;
Go to this page and enter your email address.
(Use the same email you used when you signed up.)
Check your email inbox and click the unique link you receive to view your subscriptions.
Choose the subscription you want to manage by clicking the button that says “Click here to view subscription.”
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the “Cancel Subscription” button.
Once confirmed, a banner will display indicating that the subscription has been cancelled. Please note that cancelling a subscription cannot be undone, and billing and delivery will end immediately.

Our pet sensitivity test process is designed to keep costs down, minimise our carbon footprint and get your results to you as quickly as possible. Therefore we don’t send a physical test kit, which means you can send us your sample NOW!
Simply follow these steps and our lab team will start the testing process as soon as your sample arrives.

Receive your results: we’ll email and text to let you know we’ve received your sample safely, and send your results PDF by email 3-5 days later.

Samples can take 3-7 working days to arrive by post, however they occasionally take longer. If you have sent your sample using tracked delivery then you can check your tracking to see if it’s arrived at our lab.
When your sample arrives at the lab our quality assurance team will make sure that your sample is labelled correctly and has enough sample for us to test. If we see any issues a member of our team will reach out to you.
Once your sample passes through quality assurance and is logged into our system, you’ll receive an email confirming that it’s safely received. Your results will be available within 3-5 days of receipt..
